Made-to-Order Products

All BravCustom products are custom-made to order and manufactured specifically to the customer's requirements. As such, custom garments and products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including sizes, quantities, names, numbers, and any other customization details, are correct at the time of purchase.

Order Changes

Once an order has been processed and submitted to our manufacturing facility, no changes can be made. This includes, but is not limited to:

•⁠  ⁠Garment sizes
•⁠  ⁠Quantities
•⁠  ⁠Personalisation details
•⁠  ⁠Delivery information

Customers should carefully review their order before completing payment.

Payment Requirements

Production will only commence once full payment has been received and cleared. Orders will not be entered into the manufacturing process until payment has been successfully completed.

Club Shop Orders

For orders placed through a club shop, manufacturing will begin only after the club shop has officially closed. Individual orders placed within a club shop will not enter production immediately upon purchase.

Production timelines for club shop orders will commence from the club shop closing date, not the date the individual order was placed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If a product is received with a manufacturing defect or if the item supplied differs from the order confirmation, customers must notify BravCustom within 14 days of receipt. BravCustom will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable remedy.

 Manufacturing & Delivery Times

All production and delivery times provided are estimates only. While BravCustom will make every effort to meet stated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. BravCustom shall not be liable for any losses arising from such delays.

By placing an order with BravCustom, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
