BRAV Custom – Refund & Returns Policy

At BRAV Custom, all products are made to order specifically for your club, team, or organisation. Because each item is custom produced, we operate a strict no refund and no return policy.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or amended.


Sizing Responsibility

It is the responsibility of each club, team, or organisation to ensure members order the correct size.

We strongly recommend that:

  • Clubs organise fit sessions prior to placing orders.

  • Members try on sample sizing kits where available.

  • All sizing guides are reviewed carefully before ordering.

Because items are custom made, we cannot resell returned garments.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that:

  • An item arrives damaged, or

  • There is a manufacturing defect, or

  • You receive the wrong item,

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and order details. If the issue is confirmed as a production fault, we will replace the item.


Why This Policy Exists

Custom teamwear is produced specifically for your club’s design, colours, logos, and specifications. As such, items cannot be restocked or resold. This policy allows us to maintain efficient production, fair pricing, and high-quality standards for all BRAV customers.
